The Joint Search Committee (JSC) has been appointed and approved by the LPCC congregation. Their purpose is threefold:

• to find a minister to join in LPCC's mission and ministry

• to negotiate the terms of the call to the minister

• to ensure that a covenanting service occurs to celebrate this new pastoral relationship with the minister, LPCC, presbytery/district, and other staff
